@Kytakoo We haven't touched the title screen yet. We want to change it but we aren't at that stage of development where we worry about the title screen before more important things. Conceptually, we have nothing yet for what's actually going to be on the title screen.

@VoltaireSurge Mainly in terms of presentation, but in terms of thematics too, nothing edgy or stereotypically "romhack-y". We aren't keeping base HGSS exactly the same though.

@VoltaireSurge New ones! We often sample ORAS design elements, such as the Fallarbor town buildings, but we de-make the design to the standard of HGSS buildings. The Rustboro house there is heavily inspired by the ORAS one, but HGSS-ified.

@Gui5t The tilesets and shading style are entirely different. It would look very, very off to go from 3 regions with a unified art style to one that's marginally different. Compare the trees and the grass mainly.

@UncleFalco_ Johto, Sevii 1-3, and Kanto are the first "act" of the story, being a story that starts in Johto and ends in Kanto. Hoenn is a new story entirely, with around the same length as an average game, but with a new enemy team and new characters to boot. Sevii 4-7 are more isolated.

@SauloAndr3 First half of Johto > Sevii 1-3 > Last half of Johto > Kanto > Hoenn Sevii 4-7 are pretty tentative right now in terms of their placement, but in terms of the level curve we're trying to reign it in as much as possible.

@VoltaireSurge Unlikely, as we're basing balancing around the tweaks we do. It probably wouldn't be too hard to tweak, but nothing from us I'm afraid. We're focusing tweaks toward learnset and BSTs if anything, type changes aren't on the M.O as there should be some familiarity to vanilla.

@VoltaireSurge We're considering that too! I believe external tools (like PKHex) allows you to legalise mons transferred, but we're looking at potentially doing a more user friendly conversion system.

@RobinWings_ No, there is not another demo planned, but that’s a good thing! It allows us to work more on the full game rather than spending time on a smaller, self-contained demo. We’re working very hard towards the full game now!

@StevenHenrique7 @VoltaireSurge We aren't releasing a build of Kanto with the Vanilla HGSS maps as aspects of Kanto's story is centred around changes in the map. Not going into specifics of course, but it just wouldn't be viable.

@Gui5t Since they're on the same engine, yes it is entirely possible to port maps from DPPT to HGSS, but for the scope of the project we have enough on our hands as-is.

@Fish71022 Wow, these responses are super in-depth! Cut being a steel type move is intentional, but some of the bugs such as Elm still calling the player certainly will be fixed in the next build we put on the MEGA. And yeah, the Rocket exec dialogue guides the player. Thanks for playing!
