is in a much better place today. The focus for them has shifted from survival to growth. With focus, work, luck - the ATH volumes may return very soon.

in Jul experienced 1x exploit of 400 sol, 1x compromised discord, RPC server issues and had to take down the site during the Slope exploit. These likely impacted volumes which has dropped 2-3x since the post-mint peak.

9/ However, things were terrible on the marketing front. The usual sol giveaway to run RT twitter campaigns to push a marketing message out resulted in maybe 20+ RTs - probably the lowest I have seen from a 2 sol giveaway. Solcrash's marketing messages wasn't getting eyeballs.

11/ The team spent the month on getting crashfaces created and in Jul 22, they launched the crashfaces mint. The mint was 1 sol, and the launch was an immediate failure. It was so bad that any remaining pokerfaces holders were questioning if the team was trying to rug.

10/ I believe in Jun 22, the team decided the only way forward to save the project was to raise capital + get new engaged holders was to fractionalize & dilute Pokerfaces with a new collection - Crashfaces. I think there was little opposition because most investors gave up.

5/ After launching crash in Q1 22, the frequency of exploits got so bad the project was running out of funds by Mar 22 and had to take loans from willing holders to fund the house wallet, just to continue the project. Together with 2 others, we loaned 30 SOL that has been repaid.

6/ The exploits was also taking a real toll on the team. Players' deposits were compromised putting the team under alot of stress - likely resulting in poor customer support, limited communication with holders. I recall

And probably the way to permanently reduce token circulation is for the token creator to have real revenues to leverage for buying back & (i) burn or (ii) LP.
