@jwyattsports @Titans @Chiefs As a maker of programs (NCAA in my case), I appreciate any attention paid to programs (they're still cool!).

Please, all you Kamala skeptics who resisted her because she/Biden weren't as vocal on Gaza as you wanted, tell me how that's looking now for you, and more importantly, the Palestinians? So tired of uninformed voters on both sides.

The "retribution" stuff means nothing to the average voter. It's just politics to them, and they're too dumb to understand it. But they understand egg prices. A month ago Will spoke correctly about the problems with the information environment, but this isn't speaking to that.

Dems, this weekend is D-Day. You must take up as much space in media as possible, get in front of cameras, shout. No "egg prices!" stuff either. The narrative has to be "Trump and Musk are seizing the government and pursuing retribution."

We're told JD Vance is some kind of genius, but mentioning Robert E. Lee and Lincoln in the same breath THEN talking about guys "who couldn't win wars" (Lee pretty famously lost a war) is some next level dumbfuckery.

The "Dems in disarray" narrative is a bit played now but there's evidence of it every time I open this website and find a new annoying opinion from some progressive I generally agree with. When are we going to coalesce? (Never, you're herding cats.)

@whstancil I read Yglesias' bullet points as a listing of the critique he says doesn't make sense?

Really though, if you didn't vote for Ichiro you don't understand the assignment and shouldn't be a voting member.

One person didn't vote for Ichiro...wonder if that person will own up to it.

@conorsen I watched the first half...then they started to show a message from the current President and I turned off the TV. I'll read about the result tomorrow.

@jake_PSP @espn ...but it did interrupt the event, because I turned off my TV as soon as he appeared onscreen.

@ByPatForde I'll follow you on this website to see how it goes. I turned the TV off after the current President was given time to speak ("stick to sports," ESPN).
