This book’s influence is noteworthy—not only is it widely read across India, but it has also garnered international recognition, recently becoming part of the reading material at Bucerius Law School, Germany. Dr. Rab's impactful scholarship is well-recognized; his paper 'Defining the Contours of Public Policy Exception' was cited by a three-judge bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the popular case Vidya Drolia v. Durga Trading Corporation (2020).
