We sincerely hope ICS chains to not go fully into this direction. If the consumer chain does not pay staking rewards it will merely be a vampire on the cosmos hub and $ATOM. We will NOT support any ICS proposal without clear revenue (inflationary/real) return to $ATOM stakers.

We just lost another @dYdX validator to the void. Signing a block twice will cause your validator to be thombstoned - it gets jailed, slashed and will not be able to spin back up. Secure operators either avoid these mistakes or use Horcrux to make this basically impossible 🫡
