I love this diagram 😅😜. Sometimes taking a walk or having a good sleep does more than any profiling and debugging session. Still, you need to learn well debugging and profiling. That's why I wrote How to Read Java 😎
So happy to find out that two of my books are already published in China. Moreover, the third one will soon be available as well in Chinese! I wish you happy reading to all my Chinese readers and followers! 😍
Some things I know well enough to write books about. For the others, I read books wrote by the best experts in those fields.
I never stop learning. I finally got my hands on Vlad Mihalcea's book on Java Persistence. Thank you,
@vlad_mihalcea
!
Just finished the last technical book I planned to read this year. So here are my top 3 of the books I read in 2020:
- Monolith to Microservices of
@samnewman
- High-Performance Java Persistence of
@vlad_mihalcea

About 15 years ago I introduced a vulnerability in an app so bad that someone managed to put down the system. Now, I know enough things on security to write books on the subject and do consultancy.
Don't get discouraged if you make a mistake and never stop learning!
So happy to have seen many people today at my talk on
#springsecurity
even if it was one of the last sessions of the day. Thanks so much for attending, friends! 🤩
Excellent! Almost all chapters are now published as early access, while we are working on the copyediting. Folks, grab your copy, and remember to give me those nice 5 🌟if you like the book! 😎
I'm absolutely surprised to have reached the top 3 talks at

What any software developer should also do besides work, in my opinion:
- read non-technical books
- play music (or similar artistic activities)
- sport
Take care of your mental and physical self. Work is not everything.
Spring Security changed a lot in the past couple of years, so it's time I also make significant updates to my learning materials. I'm starting a new
#springsecurity
stream on my YT. Join me
#live
and let's discuss
#springsecurity
the way it is today!
Just ended a looong shopping session. Nope, not for me. But school starts soon and not all kids afford to buy their needed stuff. So we need to help! 🙂
I didn't expect my YT channel to be so successful, but is the YT channel enough? Many people like reading instead of watching video tutorials (including myself). So I decided to start also a blog on

. From now on, you find me writing here:

Developers or stakeholders? In many cases developers try hard to explain long-term consequences, but stakeholders don't understand or managers follow their own interest.
I love those "learn all of java in 1 hour" courses. I learn Java for 15 years already and still didn't get it all... But who knows. They might got a secret or something...🙄
