New Chapter for me in retirement. on Thursday evening, made my debut as the 10th Greeter/Emcee in the history of Chanhassen Dinner Theatres. Slightly nervous, as expected, but audience was very supportive. And the butterflies in my stomach were "flying in rhythmic formation".

PROUD PAPA MOMENT - Last night in Lakeville North . my grandson, Eli Laufenburger, announced his FIRST EVER basketball games. For his own high school Varsity team, the Panthers. He was smooth and calm on his delivery, and sounded great. His "pipes" are genetic, I'm sure.

2nd day on White River. This 19 " Rainbow was the last fish, on the last cast of the day. Worked hard for fish on this very windy day. Surprise of the day was an 18 " Walleye just 15 minutes before this one. Walleye come from Bull Shoals Lake above the dam. Rare. but nice!
