The most obvious part of this painting is the most overlooked… because no one wants to believe it’s that simple.
An overlooked detail of Michelangelo's Creation of Adam: God's finger is fully extended whilst Adam's is not, such that they do not quite touch. The implication? To find God, we need only reach toward him as vigorously as he reaches toward us…

I think he looks great to be honest. Could it be done really well with practical effects today? Yeah, probably - but in this case I think it’s the smart call to go CGI. Saying the old movie practical effects were better is pure lunacy lol. This Thing is extremely comic book accurate 👍👍
