Finally,we talked about Demonstrating an Ethical Hacking Mindset by Maintaining Professionalism & Integrity and also Building Personal Code of Conduct which is very vital as a penetration tester. As always, this module ended with a quiz to test our understanding in all we learnt

In topic 2 of this module, we dived into the Importance of Scoping and Organizational or Customers Requirements. 1. We discussed Rules of Engagement in penetration testing , Target List and In-Scope Assets which involve the use of APIs and various types of API documentations

We also looked at some individual countries Local Restrictions that might apply to pentesting . We went further to discuss some Legal Concepts which should be known before performing a Penetration Test such as SLA,SOW,MSA, and NDA . Also the importance of CONTRACT in a pentesting

2. Regulations in the Financial Sector such as the GLBA, FFIEC, FDIC, etc and some agencies responsible for enforcing these regulations such as FTC for enforcing the GLBA regulation. 3. Regulations in the Health Sector which binds Healthcare Providers & their Business associates
