Of course all moving expenses paid, written arrangement with nda, $30,000/mo deposited on the 1st of each month, and probably at least 90 days up front (as a deposit, I would hold and use as last 90 days) for any contract cancelation. I would treat it similar to a long term tenant. 🤷🏼‍♀️
