When we see Cubans name on the treasury payments list he’s going to say it wasn’t illegal.
I may not agree with where the money is going. But as best I can tell, they have not shown any of the spending to be corrupt. What have you seen that was illegal or actually proven to be corruption, vs not being what you wanted tax dollars spent on ?
