The Journey to Your Best Self in 3 Steps:
Step 1 - Feel Better:
What are your current struggles?
Adress your mental and physical challenges.
Work on them to achieve a state of overall well-being. The goal is to feel better mentally and physically.
Step 2 - Do Better:
Watching the news makes me feel anxious, afraid of the future, wars, climate change...
What kind of world I've brought my children into?
Mass media fears disempower us by making us believe that nothing depends on us.
What are your thoughts about this?
"First step is not motivation. It is education.
Motivation alone is not enough.
If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot." - Jim Rohn
At 20, you care about what everyone thinks of you.
At 40, you stop worrying about what they think of you.
At 60, you realize no one was thinking about you.
- Jock Falkson
Ignoring negative emotions in favor of forced optimism WON'T SERVE.
Emotional intelligence is not feeling bad and repeating:
"I am fine, everything is fine"
If you want to clean your house, you need to see where the dirt is.
- Acknowledge whatever emotion you are feeling.
Self-care is not selfish.
On an airplane , they tell you to put on your oxygen mask first in case of an emergency .
Now you can take better care of others.
Same happens in your daily life.
You need free time for your workouts, hobbies, friends, or whatever brings you joy
Advice to NOT see results:
- Start tomorrow.
- Seek immediate gratification.
- Give up after the first failure.
- Blame your circumstances.
- Wait for the perfect moment.
- Avoid discomfort.
Having knowledge is important,
But using what we know is what really counts.
If fear stops us from taking action,
Then fear becomes the real block, not how much we know...
When you face a problem:
Try to feel good before you try to fix it.
Workout, meditate, do breathing exercises, EFT, Tapping, whatever works for you.
Once you feel better you will be able to see things differently and then, take action.
Shift your focus to shift your life.
Guess who came to visit me in Spain this week?
A few months ago, I met this amazing guy

He was the first coach I hired, and I wasn't sure what to expect or where it would lead me, but I decided to join EXPLORATION
Stop thinking about your skills and interests.
Start considering how your skills and interests can solve problems.
Don't plan making a million dollars.
Plan creating a million smiles.
This is my miracle morning routine:🌈
I express gratitude stating 10 things I am thankful for.
I vocalize my day ahead, envisioning it unfolding in the best possible way.
I nourish myself with a breakfast that is both healthy and delicious.
I treat myself with a Japanese
Ships don't sink because of the water around them.
They sink because of the water that's entered inside them.
Don't let your circumstances drown you.
Take care of your ship, repair any issues it may have if needed, and work on making it stronger and more beautiful.
Come on,
You can't choose the thoughts that enter your mind, but you can decide which ones are allowed to stay and which ones are not.
Are you going to let those bastards live rent-free in your mind, wrecking the furniture?
No, you won't.
You know you deserve better.
Otherwise, you

As a former anxiety and panic attacks sufferer, now I realize my future self was sending me this

When you blame circumstances for your unhappiness, you give away your power.
But when you accept that you're in control of your life, it means the good and the bad are on you.
It's scary because it means facing your mistakes.
But it's also liberating because it puts you in
You feel good with yourself when you feel proud of yourself. Pick something you've been procastinating on and complete It by Next Sunday. Show Up for yourself.
I recently had an argument with my father during which he told me that people who have money are ruthless and crush others.
And he said, "Remember, we're down here.'"
The truth is that money buys freedom and that's all we want.
Are we bad?
I am still trying to break free
I am:
A mother of two,
An export manager in my 9 to 5,
A student to become an EFT tapping practitioner,
I create content, trying to build my personal brand...
Sometimes I just want to send everything to hell and eat chocolate.
The antidote I've found as an introvert is

Things don't just happen, they happen just.
- Do the best you can every day.
- Feel good about yourself.

The universe has a better imagination than you do.
Trust that everything will come
6 things you will be glad you did in 10 years:

Self-love is a habit:
- When you look in the mirror,
- When you decide what to eat for lunch,
- When you receive an email from an angry colleague,
- When you haven't had time to do everything in today,
- When you hesitate between continuing and giving up.
Remember, each
End of the week. Business done. Now celebrating (on my own because why not) as I think we all should do when we designed a plan, we did the work, and we feel satisfied with ourselves. Celebrate every small win. Enjoy the process.
Yesterday, driving back home from work, enjoying this natural display that Earth offered me.
Even though it may not be appreciated very well in the photo, there was a gorgeous gradient of colors adorned by a magnificent full moon.
A small moment that I loved and made me happy
This chapter of my life is called "My Turn" and I'm unapologetic as f*ck about it.
I don't know who wrote this (not me) but I feel exactly the same and I'm appropriating it as my new mantra.

Remember : K - A = 0
(Knowledge minus Action equals zero)
Information without action is a just a book on the shelf.
Wisdom means using what you know to make real-life changes.
You feel stuck in a role you don't like, and you call it life.
But no. You're the main character.
You can choose another role anytime.
You're not bound by any narrative unless you believe it's your only reality.
It's time to wake up.
Encourage, inspire, and help each other shine.
Everyone, with their skills, desires, and calling, can be the best version of themselves.
Someone shining bright doesn't dim others.
They touch and inspire others in turn.
