@BenLesh @jhooks Oh wow, that's a pretty low metabolism then. My theory was it's mostly about height, short people (like me) have less body mass so lower metabolism. I have basal metabolism around 1500-1700 and I'm 5'6". It has to be crazy on those calories when you are tall
