This dynamic is even more intense among women. The insecure one will try to embarrass the other outright but men are quicker to catch on to this energy, so it always backfires spectacularly. Lol

@faygocoin I haven’t looked but I’m pretty sure 99% of issues in that Reddit thread could be solved if these women had more money lol. They don’t necessarily hate their family, they want freedom from their situations.

Gossip is fine as a social bonding mechanism. The real issues start when people overindulge and get nasty, or when they moralise it and act like they’re above it

As soon as I get an “aha” moment from a book I put it down and try to implement into my life. I prob won’t pick it up again for years. I would only finish a book if it’s exceptionally well written

i’m not being funny but for those who undergo these procedures before having kids (assuming they want them), what happens if the children come out looking like their original self? like i have a few questions. i think we need to encourage better self perception. this is ridic.
