@Thekeksociety Frequency, energy, and vibration is what we are made of. They have distorted it all. They took the key part out of the churches when they removed the bells and organs. That was the best part of the church. Those shapes come from those healing frequencies that we all need.

@UpSkillYourLife I find the best way to reverse the downward spiral is to get something done. Anything counts. When it is hard to even get a shower is when you most need to do it. Count every little thing you can as a win. Like…I got out of bed today and I am awesome. Give yourself credit for.
