1/6) This month @ladders4action learnt about card testing. This is where a small donation is made to test whether stolen credit cards are working. Unfortunately we recently found out our donate button was used for this purpose. Our site was not hacked and all data remains secure

There are real challenges when it comes to dyslexia & academic study. However, what people often don't talk about is the dyslexic advantage. Hugely grateful for being an academic with severe dyslexia. The higher you go the more of an advantage it is. I hit my stride at PhD level
After years of thinking I’m not clever enough, I’ve finally achieved my degree. I’m not academic in the slightest but I had to prove to myself “I can do this”. Dyslexia won’t stop me!

@heidirgardner @ScienceOnA Thank you I was just writing an email to you now. It's been a nightmare to be honest and has already taken many hours of calls, emails, chats, complaints & hold music. We are getting there though, many thanks for baring with me and for the donation. I never knew this was a thing!

@ladders4action website was recently used for card testing. The site was not hacked & data is secure, but there were some consequences. Some of our emails were not received & some genuine donations were returned in error. A sincere apology, we are working to resolve the situation
