@hmmmcurious Ahahahah legit. It tracks so well. If I feel like I have a lot of energy but it's fake from stress I don't do very well. I had a bump when I increased my dose too.

@anomalie_blue Funnily enough my digestion has gotten a lot better since going to back to the gym after a hiatus of like three or more years, just twice a week, and eating more starch and salt. I can basically have starch everyday now, sometimes twice a day, with virtually no issues.

@mywickedson @DivineReroll @T3MaxxiAlt About 130-150g or something. I usually don't like to get much more meat than that in a day.

@C02isG00D @T3MaxxiAlt Been doing significantly better this winter than the last despite thyroid. The liver has helped me avoid getting sick despite my colleagues getting sick all the time lately. Can withstand a lot more stress and I got over a gastro infection very quickly after struggling for a week

@DivineReroll @T3MaxxiAlt I just buy calf's liver as fresh as possible from a butcher that I know doesn't sell meat that smells like arse, and then I eat it just like a steak with butter and rosemary, but I'm thinking of other ways. Danny Roddy's idea of making liver and cheese tacos sounds yummy.

@iamjustapeater Totally. It's like I'm trying just as hard and the effort feels identical but it's not... hard?

@lowmegatron @iamjustapeater Ray cited coconut oil inspected after years of sitting around showed no signs of rancidity despite being about 2% pufa due to this property, right?

@iamjustapeater I tried both together today, as well as an aspirin, on a minor sleep deficit and outperformed my last workout. Although I only started going back to the gym after a long hiatus two months ago so the gains are very fast atm

@T3MaxxiAlt I did really well taking thyroid for a while until a lot of life stress and started to not get as much benefit until I started religiously eating liver weekly. Now I'm feeling great and haven't gotten even remotely unwell in almost two months, feeling better than last summer.
