@hybridathlete8 People want there to be some secret sauce that in-shape people use. They don't want to hear that it's really as simple as move more, eat less, and cut out junk.

@fromfady One of the greatest trades everyday? 1 hour exercising for 8 hours of 2X productivity.

@KokoroHub If you have 10 units of value to give, it's far better to give 5 units to 2 things than 2 units to 5.

@EricMelillo_ I'm going to have to respectfully disagree, Eric. Truly productive work (backed by research) has a few minimum requirements: • 1 task at a time • Distractions out of sight and reach • 15-30 minutes to enter flow

@tasornp This is fantastic advice, Tasorn. Trying to target everyone with a vague bio only ends up targeting no one.

@RobReinike Weird results don't come from ordinary approaches. You're on the right track if more people ask "why?"

@karllittleboy That feeling of progression when something hard becomes easier with time is one of the most enjoyable experiences we can have. Great stuff Karl. The newsletter has been so valuable.

@Marketing4Cast I broke our sales cycle into components and am considering a model for each. One for cold reach out, discovery, demo, etc. It’s a pretty nuanced software, so each step has a lot to it. Hoping a specific setup for each will help new employees learn quick.

Great question! The major lesson is a difficult run doesn’t make you better at running. It’s a little counterintuitive (and why so many people are in your same shoes, pun intended) You should be doing 80-90% of your runs in Zone 2 heart rate (there are calculators online). If that means a little running and then walking, that’s where you start, and then you’ll quickly progress from there.
