Well I don't know how much luckier I can get but apparently I have a concert violinist living below me, practicing now. I can't believe my ears. So the walls are thin but in this case, great! Plays piano too. Almost brought me to tears. I'm getting this for free. I love it.

Often one isp has exclusive rights to an area & when it ends, more come in and they all cut prices. Look it up.
