people should be jealous of you, they should want to look like you and be asking for your workout routine or diet. make people worried about your health and what you eat, sometimes urging you to eat. this won't happen if you're fat, only if you are skinny.

i agree that wellness & diet companies target young girls & perhaps lead to eds but i would never discourage young girls from eating healthy & not indulging in harmful lifestyles; like clubbing, and excessive drinking. the exciting experiences don't have to be harmful to oneself.
i love this for her and she’s beautiful, but on a broader scale it makes me sad that the wellness and diet industries have corrupted young girls so much that they sometimes end up missing out on exciting life experiences— 21? get to the club sister!

train yourself to not waste money on food (fast food or takeout) and try to do clean eating. once i started cooking my healthy meals, i noticed a large difference in my weight loss. also my body felt lighter without the extra sugar and salt added.
