My favourite Kurdish politician Today he visited the office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (Iran) in Erbil (capital of IRAQI KURDISTAN) DR Sheikh Murshid al-Khaznawi is a prominent Kurdish religious and national figure, known for his leadership within the Kurdish community. He is the son of the late Sheikh Muhammad Mashouq al-Khaznawi, who was abducted and killed in 2005 by the Syrian regime.
