I’m not sure there is much better than seeing your kid chase a dream and then get to live it out at the same place where I lived mine. Here’s to 4 years of hard work alongside people who will become your lifelong best friends that will hopefully culminate in a dawgpile!

The 2nd edition paperback is now out and available, taking the story through World War I, the Spanish Flu pandemic, and the 1919 Stanley Cup Final. I'll be at Barnes and Noble Northgate this Sunday (4/28) from 2-4pm signing copies. Hope to see you there!

@uw_icehockey I think it started the same year, coached by Mets' star Bobby Rowe. The 1st practice was 11/20/1916, and 1st game was 11/28/1916 (lost 2-1). Also, when the Mets lost their arena lease in 1924, the plan was to partner with the UW team on a new arena, but it fell through. Go Dawgs!
