@mr_mayank Why would seller pay the GST out of that 1 lakh. Instead he would take that GST from buyer and deposit it to the govt. The extra burden would be on the buyer, not the seller. The seller will have his 1 lakh. Instead the buyer would have to pay 1.9 lakhs.
