Kroxylicious is pleased, as always, to be publishing a new release of our JUnit extension for managing Kafka in tests. This release fixes an incompatibility with the latest version of Junit 5.

@antonmry @gunnarmorling It is a really interesting use-case but one we really need some help to round out. Inter AZ traffic is another area we want to think about but don't have anything around that yet.

We are starting to think about how Kafka 4 affects Kroxylicious staring with the Junit extension. If anyone has thoughts please let us know Would be great to hear about your usage in general too.

Thanks to our friends at @strimziio we've identified & fixed an issue with the kroxylicious JUnit5 extension when using Apache Kafka 3.7 release candidates. Release 0.8.1[1] is now available to support the new Kafka version. [1] #apacheKafka
