The ANC was highly critical of the previous government and quick to say how they will do it much better and they were quick to make a list of basic human rights that should be free - water, electricity, housing, education, healthcare, etc. The criticised government for the cost of living, increases in the price of petrol and asked how the government can allow people to suffer like that. Fast forward a few years and everything is exponentially and relatively much more expensive, less available and poverty and unemployment are at record highs and continuing to increase. Education and healthcare is the worst it’s ever been. Crime is at an all time high. SA is on top of every bad list and at the bottom of every good list. Come on ANC, you made it sound so easy.
