Weight loss is such an up and down journey. I really hope that most people understand that there will be times where the person on the journey can lose themselves along the way and gain their weight back. That’s what happened to me, but I am bouncing back in a much healthier way

Thank you!! He was asking me for directions and then started complimenting me with uncomfortable words. He followed me to my gate and I started running to the other side and he chased me down. I got inside the gate really fast and slammed it so he couldn’t get in. I’m so scared
