When people talk about ships being implied they typically mean palatable characters not npcs. There's kind of a big difference
talking about implied content, personally i don't get why people are saying "m/f ships can be implied but because mhy is afraid of the fans they don't do m/f ships implication anymore" when this is the same game that directly said babel and azariq was having sex in the tent
