Any day i find it difficult to trade, if i check daily timeframe at the end of the day, that day's candle would be an inside bar.

So what are the Non-Structural liquidities?
Alternately, these are highs and lows that do not fulfil the natural order of market structure.
They are lows that did not break the previous high in a bullish trend and a high that did not break the previous low in a bearish market.

While these non-structural highs and lows may be valid entries and may give you winning trades, you should be observant enough to know that when price comes back to take out those lows or highs, it will not be a CHOCH signal to switch bearish from bullish and vice versa....

First frame is a bullish trend where the LOWS are protected because they are structural lows and they serve as structural liquidity.
Second frame is a bearish trend where the HIGHS are protected because they are structural highs and also, they serve as structural liquidity.

Market may sometimes use a non-structural high or low to break structure and sometimes it doesn’t so I personally wait for price to come and sweep my inducement liquidity before entering the trade.

Backtesting is underrated. So many people don't pay attention to it, yet they feel they can magically become great traders. I always tell my private students that the shortest way to achieve 10000hours of experience on the charts is through BACKTESTING!

If that low didn’t mitigate 50% of the range it cannot be structural and even if it did, if price came back to raid it after making a higher high, it ceases to be structural.
