I've learned a life lesson this week. It is very difficult being in high school. It is very difficult during prom for girls. Friends can be mean, students can be mean to others and it breaks my heart to see this. Know that if you are struggling there are good people out there!

Heard an amazing story about a baseball player who was playing a game had to run to show choir tryouts and back to the game only to pitch the last inning and get the win!!!! To the coaches and teachers that allowed him to do both That is amazing!!

I am beyond grateful that Taylor's mom sent me this video today! This is Taylor and her friend Brooke wishing me a happy 40th! Her laugh, her smile, her personality is amazing! It made me cry it made me smile but again it made me so happy I got to be a part of her life!

Days like today are never easy. 23 years ago my dad passed away from brain cancer. He was so caring and would do anything for anybody at anytime. Not a day passes that I don't miss him or wish he was here to watch all his grandchildren do what they love! Hug your loved ones!

Lot's of emotions from my students on Friday, as I told them I will be in the learning center for a month and not teaching them they were sad, cried and even mad. One said you are the reason I come to school and enjoy Science. This is why I love 6th grade and relationships.
