@oimothio basically yes, i have a shoulder dislocation that was turning into scholiosis but im fixing it slowly bc i have a joint disorder. it doesnt hurt to dislocate my joints and they dislocate easy. but im so lopsided bc of it and i cant stand correctly like ever
