So this morning at 5am I woke up to our dog Ashen choking. Immediate panic. Thankfully 2 weeks ago I saw this image & was therefore able to successfully perform the dog version of the Heimlich. He's absolutely fine now & happily lazing about. Share to save a doggo life!

On Friday we had the funeral for my 43 year old cousin. She died of the flu. Jayne should have lived to be old with her childhood sweetheart husband. She should still be here.

it's not 'politically correct' to not be racist. My Grandad is 87 and he manages to not be racist/homophobic etc. Age isn't an excuse. If anything it makes it worse, she lived through so many civil rights movements etc and didn't learn from them.

Every year since I became veggie my Grandma has made me my own stuffing in a specific dish for Christmas Day. She passed away in March, this is our first Christmas without her. My Grandad just turned up with my dish with my veggie stuffing that hes made from her recipe. My heart.

I was a size 18 when I danced at Her Majesty's in London as an acrobat and doing modern. Had a solo piece and everything, so fuck them. Still do ballet barre work to do this and being fat has no impact at all on technique!

Yeah def racist! I love how you do your lips, gives so much dimension! People naturally have lips with darker edges/lighter inner too. Plus the groups who have popularised this style of lip colour are Black and Latinx.

As a rural player, I would love to see the increased distance remain in game. It also helps disabled players who may be able to reach inaccessible stops. Increased distance means less 'clumping' together near gyms for raids in ways that may inconvenience others.

In March my 41 yr old cousin Jayne died of the flu. She had no illnesses and didn't develop complications. Her official cause of death was flu. A strain covered by the vaccine. Please get your flu jab. It's not worth the risk and herd immunity is important.

Yes I actually love this! I have multiple 'invisible' conditions and it's made me feel for years I can't say I'm disabled because people expect to see something. I am disabled, & it not being visible doesn't make it less so. It isn't invisible to me, it is non-apparent to others

my husband is adopted. Adoption and the foster care system aren't viable options to be flooded with thousands of unwanted children from unwanted pregnancies. Nothing is 100% effective and no one should ever be forced to carry a pregnancy they don't want to.
