This is incredibly important. I operate quite frequently on people with spine and brain abscesses. Dental disease is the root cause of more disability and death than most people realize. Brush, floss, and see your dentist for any issues. We also need universal dental coverage.
I lost my patient this morning and damn, I felt it. It could have been avoided, please if you have a cavity in your teeth. See your dentist. It can kill. Please.

Vitamin K is natural and is needed by all people for their blood to clot. In utero, babies don't have enough and Vitamin K doesn't cross the placenta, so newborns are deficient. Most will be ok, but a portion of newborns will bleed and even die if they aren't given Vitamin K.
