@dmuthuk Dude, we had more than 5 lost decades and are still having them. The first 5 were due to the central government and now, the state governments and local bodies are to be blamed. Rampant corruption going on over there.

@ByRakeshSimha Where does the migration of Aryans (Indo Europeans - IE) come in this? Were these settlements populated by IE? Or were they a different race practicing non-aryan rituals and thoughts? Please be more logical.

@SubramanianKri @TOIIndiaNews For that to happen, Professor, the state has to completely take a backseat. Specially the local bodies. They are brimming with corruption. Can't ensure smooth pothole free roads for one. What quality of life can they give the citizens?
