@BravesStats Not sure on a book, but for us you punish the behavior you want to correct and, even more importantly, praise them when they do what you want correctly. Positive reinforcement is so important, but easy to forget

@BravesStats I'd argue speed is the only way to get it done at all. If you take your time, you also give the opposition time to coalesce a resistance and generate negative headlines. There will be some short-term negatives, but the net will be positive

@IAm_Hooks In all seriousness though, like actual tangible progression and the ability to actually see your impact on the battles. Maybe even the ability to follow your own character in the battles
