The @PatriotsEU Summit has begun!    While the future has already started in Washington, the Brussels elite is still stuck in the past.   But the revolution of common sense is already underway in Europe too. As the only real opposition to the Brussels elite, Patriots are growing stronger everyday as we fight against illegal immigration, woke ideology and for the protection of national sovereignty.    It is time to shake up things in Brussels and Make Europe Great Again! The @EPPGroup has shown its true colours once again!   @PatriotsEP proposed to hold a debate in plenary next week on the revision of the Green Deal. Only the @ecrgroup and the @ESNgroup_EU supported the proposal, the EPP did not.    They once again betrayed their voters. Instead of promoting European competitiveness as they claim, in reality the EPP is siding with left-wing groups and is clinging to an agreement that is ruining European industry and farmers.

The left-liberal majority in the @Europarl_EN , together with the @EPPGroup , has prevented the debate on the @EU_Commission "green lobby scandal", as proposed by the @PatriotsEP.   The European Commission has for years been funding NGOs with European taxpayers' money in return for lobbying and influencing MEPs in favour of former Commissioner Frans Timmermans' Green Deal.    Just as they have funded “human rights” NGOs whose reports have led the COM to launch proceedings against certain (sovereigntist) governments.    While the mainstream parties regularly lecture MS on the rule of law, they are now turning a blind eye to the serious allegations against the COM and are making the debate impossible. This is a qualified case of hypocrisy.   The Patriots' position is clear: the Commission's lobby scandal must be investigated!

No wonder leftists are upset about the USAID freeze and review on foreign aid. This could lead to a massive loss of funds for “NGOs”, LGBTQ activists, & the “independent” media promoting woke ideology and the radical-left agenda around the world.    In Washington, the ousting of the liberal, progressive elite has already begun. It is time to act in Brussels too and have a new majority that represents common sense & respects national sovereignty.

The developments of the conflict are deeply concerning in the Democratic Republic of Congo.    We condemn the attack by Rwandan forces and the killing of innocent civilians and peacekeepers.   The stability of the region is crucial for Europe's security, as an escalation of the conflict could trigger new migratory waves towards Europe.

This is clearly another politically motivated attack of the same prosecutor who failed against @matteosalvinimi , for defending the security & interests of Italy. This is what successful patriot politicans have to face on a regular basis. We stand with @GiorgiaMeloni.

Today we commemorated Holocaust Remembrance Day in the European Parliament, where we listened to a performance with the cello of Hungarian-born, jew cellist Pál Hermann and a speech by her daughter, Corrie Hermann. The saved cello is not only a memory of a talented artist, but also the story of millions of lives lost in the horrors of the Holocaust. 80 years after the the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp, we remember not only the victims of the Holocaust, but also that we all have a responsibility to ensure that the promise of "never again" is not just a word, but a shared commitment.
