Right shoulder is obviously higher from trap/neck being tight, no lower lat activation, visibly less mid back activation behind my right scapula
Now yall understand what im working with here?!?
Same idea with elbow pattern translating into push ups to minimize the amount I transfer weight/force production through my shoulder instead of my chest 🙂
