I hate how 3 pm is so close to 2 pm so there's an illusion that there's still time left in the day to do things but in reality 3 pm is also close to 4 pm and if it's close to 4 pm you might as well just wait till tomorrow.
Indian parents will force you to converse in English and consume media in English as a child and then call you 'westernised' cause you find your mother tongue difficult <3
Indian parents saw 3 idiots, laughed at the jokes, and forgot that at its heart it is a story of letting your kids do what they want and not pressurize them into jobs they hate
Gujarati culture is your mom telling you to turn off the cooker after a certain number of ‘seetis’ and you zoning out and then panicking bc you dont remember how many ‘seetis’ have passed
the thought of going to give the exams is scary, unjust internal marking and assessment is also scary and the thought of postponement and dragging this whole thing on is the scariest. in conclusion I do not know what I want, all I know is I want this to be over .
girls who are always initially viewed as cool and intimidating until people get to know them only to realize that they are actually just introverted and awkward and deeply embarrassing club

The reason it's Sweet Sixteen in the U.S. is because over there, you can get your driver's license at sixteen, it isn't in India because over here we don't get a driver's license at sixteen, we just get anxiety and Boards.
