@JamesSurowiecki You have a point. Fraud requires that the disbursed funds were siphoned for purposes other than their intent. E.g., the trans ice skating event never took place, or administrators/contractors took above market cuts to deliver the intended good/service.

JM and Russ would have to have the awareness to cover backside if ZL drives. Every1 always 2 steps late to every rotation.

@den_shorts These rotations are moronic. AG should rotate to the shooter to give Jokic an extra 2 sec to get to Lavine in the corner. Russ or JM covers the backside if ZL drives/cuts. Jok hustles this play but he has to stop the drive AND THEN sprint to cover the weak side shooter? REALLY?
