Had a chance to participate in the Junior Camp Day at George Mason. It was a very good experience and I learned alot from the coaches.

Play hard 100% of the time! Timing a defender is critical and anticipation of what they will do is key. Block, take away and drive. Defense creates offense.

We’re excited to add Kaileen Harlow (2027) to the Impact family! Kaileen is a big, strong, athletic guard. Kaileen led all freshmen in the state of VA in scoring last year, averaging 19 points per game. She can score it in a multitude of ways but can defend at a high level and
