I really want to write an article about this. Because social media checks need marurity as well esp from a recruiter perspective. A recruiter needs to check bo xenophobia,sexism etc but not that one is highly opionionated or poses with alcohol etc.People are multi dimensional.
Yesterday I sat in a meeting with one client who I sent CVs to. We went through each CV and they kept opening social profiles for the candidates. This is a person very sensitive about their company brand. Some people fell through because of their social media content🤦🏽♀️

My 4 year old has finally reached the 'can you read for me Mommy' stage and actually picks a book. I am so happy. My kids are not forced to read. I model reading by buying them books, me reading in their presence and having proper bookshelves/displaying books in the house.
