The #UNESCO_Chair_in_Translating_Cultures at #KFCRIS will hold this lecture with the support of the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission.

Dr. Hamidaddin further discussed the Center’s involvement in promoting the advancement of cultural policies through studies that target the key areas of cultural research and methods to improve it. This aligns with UNESCO’s goal of incorporating culture into sustainable development, as well as the priorities and vision established by the Saudi Ministry of Culture.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the #KFCRIS, HRH Prince Turki AlFaisal, received at his office the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of The European House - Ambrosetti, Mr. Valerio De Molli.

HRH Prince Turki AlFaisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of #KFCRIS, joined HE the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, for a roundtable organized by the Gulf Research Center, focusing on Saudi-German relations and key regional developments.

Pierre de Gaulle discussed General Charles de Gaulle’s life, highlighting his policies and influential role in French history and the history of Saudi-French relations. He referenced King Faisal’s - may God have mercy upon him - official visit to France in 1967.

The two parties will collaborate on organizing seminars, workshops, and other research events at both institutions. They will jointly work on publishing research publications and exchanging scholars through the Chair's fellowship program and the #Translating_Cultures_Lab.

HRH Prince Turki AlFaisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of #KFCRIS, met with Bill Clinton during the former US President’s visit to Riyadh.

The meeting also covered plans for the current year 2025, including the second edition of the Abdullah Bin Idris Digital Culture Award, and the launch of the "Al-Qiyam” (Values) campaign to promote national, Arab, and Islamic identities.

Through exploring Rashīd al-Dīn's intellectual engagement with China, the paper highlights his significant contributions to the study of China's geography, history, religion, and main scientific achievements.
