The thing that bothers me about 99% of presentations: Cramming too much info on the slide. If your audience is reading your slide, they're not listening to your story. And that's why they're there!

@akachacolate One of the best write-ups I've read, and matches what I've seen in interviewing 70+ people for marketing lead. The irony of crypto being so data-heavy but vast majority of marketers not understanding or using data is...just incredible.

@zorkary @goldskyio @jefftyling @sap1ens @berachain @Polymarket @Uniswap Do the actual math on growth. Break out the spreadsheet and run regression to build out a model. Do this *every quarter*. Painful? Yes. Valuable? Incredibly. For the longest time we wanted to 'grow', which was about as useful as saying we wanted to win.
