@FranzDeckendaue @BBCMOTD So, with that logic if someone goes into a tackle wins the ball first but in following through, breaks the opposing player’s leg…that’s okay? I’m just wondering because I see refs giving free-kicks for this all over the shop.

Watched the game (Celtic v Bayern). Celtic are a better European team now but leaving a forward who has scored a gazillions goals, unmarked, in the box is (as Jock Brown used to say) sheer folly.

Trump: We’re making our country larger, we’re making our country stronger. And in the case of Canada—if this should happen—I don’t know how they can do it without us. Because without the U.S., Canada really doesn’t have a country. They do almost all of their business with us, and if we say we want our cars to be made in Detroit, with a stroke of a pen, I can make that happen. And other things, in addition to that, would not allow Canada to be a viable country.

@TEnglishSport Ronan O’Gara told us what the definition of ‘insanity’ was on the BBC coverage - turned out he was 100% spot on. Same tactics, same old mistakes, same result. To temper that losing Russell and Graham and not having Tuipilotu made it very much more of an uphill battle.
