A bitter-sweet moment. After 8 and a half years I had to call it quits on CrossFit due to scheduling conflicts with weights for softball. However, for my last class I was able to get a PR in deadlifting which was 320! @OhioStingrays07 @MastodonSB @CoachAmberPFW @cholm7

We finished our last fall showcase in Tennessee. I ended the fall hitting .509, with 6 homeruns, 24 rbis, and 18 runs. This was the last fall tournament all together, I’m going to miss these girls when they go off to college😢 @OhioStingrays07 @MastodonSB @CoachAmberPFW @cholm7
