@GrahamParsons68 @CMHPCommunity Thanks @GrahamParsons68 I hadn't realised that. So if everyone prescribes generic chlordiazepoxide it's all OK...the warning doesn't apply. That's even more crazy! There is an issue with messaging here...@MHRAgovuk @EMA_News

Thanks @SharonBarbour for covering our vaccination clinic that is open to all pregnant or recently postnatal women in our antenatal clinic @NewcastleHosps Very nice reporting and a clear message: if you are pregnant, get yourself vaccinated!

@Nuvem04656804 @edcoats There's no need to wait 2 months. Accumulating, large-scale, worldwide data supports vaccine safety in pregnancy, even in 1st TM. So far, no signals suggestive of any adverse outcomes... Please get vaccinated, COVID-19 infection is definitely NOT good in pregnancy!

@LawtonTri @NPEU_UKOSS @RCObsGyn @medsinpregnancy @M0MSuk Agree @LawtonTri. Infographic represents current RCOG guide. Dexamethasone can be used for critically ill, but it does cross the placenta much more than pred/hydrocort (which are metabolised). Fine tuning steroid choice to the patient is likely the best way forward.
