We need a system that punishes economic crimes with the same seriousness as violent crimes. These are thieves robbing hospitals, schools etc. Until we see real accountability,seizure of stolen assets, long prison terms, and lifetime bans from public office, we continue bleeding.
Public money is looted, and instead of real consequences, we get a slap on the wrist. Meanwhile, petty offenders are thrown in jail for years over minor crimes This double standard is why corruption thrives,because the system protects the powerful while the common citizen suffers
