The current Bitcoin borrowing rates are high because:
1. Cost of opportunity. Borrowers understand the potential of Bitcoin and don't want to sell it. Thus they are ready to overpay & lenders understand that.
2. Small market. As more lenders will come - rates will go down.

Not really. On Debifi only institutions can become lenders, on HH everyone. On Debifi you will be able to borrow fiat and stables and from 25k, on HH only stables up to 25k. HH is anonymous, while Debifi lenders can require KYC. Also different multisig setup, mobile app, etc.
