4th & 5th graders must submit a SMART goal & action plan for one of their fitness tests! Iโ€™ve been perfecting this lesson for 3 years. There is a lot prior knowledge needed for students before this lesson. I think we nailed it this year! ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿคฃ #fitness #physed #FITTprinciple

4th grade had a blast constructing their own AMRAP, which will be used in r daily warm-up! This will help w more buy-in when they see theirs & their peersโ€™ workouts It also allowed them 2practice 4 when they will create their own FITT Plan based on their analysis of fitness data
