Thank you to everyone who has re shared and re posted this. It’s case # Abellar 3cj06672 at the Los Angeles Courts if y’all want more info. Didn’t think I’d ever have to be a canceller, but I tried to go through the proper channels and the results were disappointing.
In December I went to use my friends shower bc mine was broken, and caught her bf, JOSEPH SEAN ABELLAR videotaping me while I was showering. I have just learned while he was convicted of recording me without my consent, he did not have to register as a sex offender

@slayerisgood You need to contact the dept of housing for advice on how to legally approach this bc if it’s been more than a certain amount of time you 1000% can withhold rent you just have to do it properly
