@AnticoagPharmD Reviewed and decided not to switch. We used fixed dosing and factor x and ii content less than kcentra, no fixed dose data w/balfaxar. Balfaxar = similar to octaplex which has some fixed dose data but still less than kcentra + not exactly same factor content btwn those 2 either
